In collaboration with Cru de Cacao we present this beautiful and popular chocolate Sinterklaas.

The Sinterklaas is made of dark chocolate from Sao Palme 60%. The base consists of a milk chocolate feuilletine with Sinterklaas spices. This saint is beautifully finished in a burgundy red jacket with gold glitter! The Sinterklaas comes in a sturdy and beautiful transparent packaging.

Chocolate origin Ghana, Sao Palme:

The chocolate that Cru uses for this Sinterklaas in the chocolate shop in Tilburg is the dark chocolate Sao Palme (60%) from an island off the coast of Ghana, São Tomé. Also called the chocolate island. The gentle and traditional roasting process releases the original and intensive aromas of the cocoa bean. When tasting this unique chocolate, one experiences an interaction between an intensive, balanced cocoa taste and a “Ristretto” coffee, with a touch of sweet plums and grapefruit.
