Cusco-based Quori Warmi Cooperative means “women are worth their weight in gold” in Quechua. It also concerns specially selected native cocoa. It grows and is harvested to generate value and income for the women farmers. This makes it extra special, because the cooperative is run entirely by women.

This micro selection of “Ganzo” cacao in combination with a controlled post-harvest process results in a mega flavor bomb that is unique.

Put a passionate chef from Singapore (Janice Wong) and a passionate chocolate maker (Mario van den Ende, Chocolatoa) from Belgium together and you will see a wonderful collaboration that really explodes with taste!
