The workshop will be held in partnership with Hague coffee roasters Ief&Ido, who bring with them nearly half a century of coffee experience and a technical view of coffee with a focus on sustainability.

Sanna & Ray

Welcome to the world of Sanna & Ray, Certified Chocolate Sommeliers specializing in bean-to-bar craft chocolate. It all started several years ago when they came home from the Amsterdam Coffee Festival with a newfound passion for…. chocolate!

With a mission to share their love for this specialty, they became certified chocolate sommeliers and have been judges at international competitions ever since.

From their online store, they have now opened a chocolate boutique in their own home, offering a unique and intimate environment for tastings, workshops and food pairings.

Their craftsmanship of chocolate is combined with a range of beverages, including coffee, tea and even wine, creating a flavor explosion that will tantalize your taste buds.

Ief & Ido

Ief&Ido is a coffee roastery based in The Hague, founded by two generations of coffee lovers. Ido brings nearly half a century of coffee experience, while Ief has a technical view of coffee and together a focus on sustainability.

They believe that coffee can bring joy and life to both users and producers. They work with dedicated farmers who care about the well-being of their communities and practice sustainable agriculture with an eye to the future.

Ief&Ido’s coffee beans are packed in reusable coffee containers that work in a rotation system, eliminating the disposal of packaging material each time and providing a dark and dry storage area for longer shelf life.

Together, they believe in bringing beautiful flavors to coffee lovers while promoting sustainable practices in the industry.
