Mellow Chocolate, a leading chocolate maker from Denmark that specializes in high-quality, single-origin chocolate, made from bean to bar.

Founded in 2019, Mellow Chocolate began its journey in a modest, old wooden attic room. Since then, their mission has remained unchanged: to create chocolate of the purest and best quality, using only two carefully chosen ingredients – refined cocoa beans and cane sugar.

The transformation of these beans into delicious chocolate is done entirely by hand in their artisan shop in Copenhagen. They nurture a commitment to sustainability and ethical cocoa farming, resulting in the production of purely organic chocolate with packaging that is free of renewable plastic.
