The old grain brings a mild and flavorful addition to the chocolate. Handmade, gently roasted and slow-ground, enhancing the natural properties of black oats and cocoa beans.

Main Procedures Whole wheat black oats are mixed into a fresh batch of Öko Caribe cocoa beans to form a smooth vegan milk chocolate. Handmade in Copenhagen.

Mellow Chocolate, a leading chocolate maker from Denmark dedicated to producing high-quality, single-origin chocolate, all the way from bean to bar.

Founded in 2019, Mellow Chocolate started its journey in a modest old wooden attic room. Their mission has always remained unchanged: to create chocolate of the purest and best quality, using only two carefully selected ingredients – carefully sourced cocoa beans and cane sugar.

The process from beans to chocolate takes place entirely by hand in their artisan shop in Copenhagen. Their approach to processes, products, and goals is rooted in sustainability, with a focus on ethical cocoa farming, purely organic ingredients, and packaging without renewable plastic.
