Latitude’s award-winning, highest quality cocoa is sourced directly from their 2500+ USDA certified organic farmers in Uganda. By sourcing directly from farmers and monitoring the fermentation process from harvest day, Latitude has full confidence in the quality and provenance of its ingredients. The vast majority of farmers have their plantation on the hills of the Renzwori National Park, near Kasese (where it all started for Latitude)

To bring out the real flavours of their cocoa, Latitude mainly uses pure white African cane sugar

The milk is spray-dried whole milk powder from only the happiest Ugandan cows. All ingredients, always local.
