After living in the Dominican Republic, it seemed natural to us to discover his cocoa. We chose Öko Caribe because, in collaboration with small local producers, this structure offers an excellent organic cocoa fruit.

This bean-to-bar bar is handmade with love in our factory in France, near Paris. We’ve selected each bean that makes it together, roasted, peeled, ground, and conched. We then poured it and then carefully packed it by hand.
