The beans for this bar come from Maya Mountain Cacao, Ltd., a social enterprise in southern Belize. Elman, the creator of this bar’s flavor profile, loves how different flavors emerge in each crop of these beans.
This bar won a Silver in the 2018 International Chocolate Awards.
All of our single-origin chocolates are made using only cocoa beans and sugar; No added cocoa butter, lecithin or vanilla. Our chocolate is free from soy, dairy, eggs and gluten and is made in a factory that does not process nuts.
