Who will deliver my order?

We ship everything with PostNL, via MyParcel. For more info, visit www.myparcel.nl.

Parcels and letterbox mail are delivered 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday), within 24 hours nationwide. Outside the Netherlands we send only as parcel post. Delivery time approximately 2-4 days.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation of this which will include a Track & Trace code. It allows you to easily see where your package is located.

Right of withdrawal/reflection period

Products with a limited shelf life that you buy through this online store cannot be returned. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This makes the sale final after successful payment.

Shipping costs

Within the Netherlands, we distinguish between letter post and parcel post.

Netherlands:

Mailbox post: €4.95
Parcel post: €6.95

International (within EU only):

Flat rate: €9.

No shipping costs?

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €50,- This applies only to orders delivered within the Netherlands and only for consumers (free shipping is not possible for business customers).

Packaging

Orders are shipped in proper packaging (sturdy envelope, letterbox box or cardboard box). If the weather is hot, we pack a special cooling element with it so the chocolate is not at risk during shipping!
