This organic and Fairtrade cocoa is grown by the Awajun along the banks of the river Cenepa and Rio Santiago in the Amazon rainforest. They are members of the cooperative NorAndino, an organization with about 5000 members including 1800 cocoa farmers, spread over the North of Peru, both on the coastal side and the Amazon side.
In addition, we guide NorAndino with a special project. They process part of the cocoa harvest themselves, in their own cocoa factory. The factory in Peru is larger than the factory in Amsterdam, with a modern production line for high-quality organic and Fairtrade cocoa mass. They will also be able to make their own chocolate in the future.
Ingredients: cocoa mass*, sugar*, cocoa butter*, almond* (12.5%), acerola* (2.5%), emulsifier* (rapeseed lecithin). Content content of cocoa solids at least. *Organically grown. Contains nuts and may contain milk. Nutritional value per 100 grams

This chocolate is a fresh product. The bar has a shelf life of 12 months, but we recommend eating the bar within 3 months. Store COOL and DRY!
