This dark milk bar has a habit of being eaten faster than anyone envisions. The special thing is that this bar contains less added sugars than our dark bars. The rich flavor and natural sugars of the milk make it irresistible! For a crunch and extra cocoa experience, we sprinkle some nibs on the back of each bar.

Do you also taste the sweetness of caramel in this bar, they made sure of that on purpose. The makers conch the bar longer and slightly warmer, this causes the sugars from the milk to partially caramelize and gives a great depth of flavor.
The cocoa used for this is the same as for the Norandino Tubes 70% chocolate. It was produced by a cooperative of 123 farmers spread across six villages in Peru’s Tumbes Province.
This bar has a percentage of 65% so it does not need additional cacao butter. This means that, unlike other milk chocolate, it does not melt as quickly and is more intense. It’s bursting with cocoa and caramel flavors!
